Refund and Return Policy for Wholesale Orders

1. Refunds:

  • Refunds are provided for faulty or damaged goods only.
  • To be eligible for a refund, please notify us of any issues with your order within 1 day of receiving your delivery.
  • Upon receipt of your notification, we will assess the issue and provide further instructions on returning the faulty or damaged items.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged goods only.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your delivery to report any issues with your order.
  • Upon receipt of your notification, we will provide you with instructions on returning the faulty or damaged items.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If your return is approved, we will process a replacement for the faulty or damaged items.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items and promotional offers are non-refundable.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.
